This sea salt from the island of Sardegna, Itlay is enriched with Iodine, a necessary nutrient. The usage of this salt in your kitchen provides a good amount of Iodine. Iodine has been linked to the prevention of thyroid problems. Caber, in collaboration with the Department of Food Science of the University of Bologna has developed a new technology that allows the constant presence – even after the opening of the jar – of iodine in this sea salt. Caber therefore guarantees the presence of Iodine in this product.
