Cundari Roasted Nougat Glazed, Torrone Torrefatto Glassato IGP, 250g – 8.8 Oz

Together with the Martiniana, from December 2014, it boasts the IGP Mark. One of the oldest nougat, characterized by the long cooking of honey over direct heat and mixed (the so-called mbisca) with black toasted almonds (unpeeled). Everything is spiced with cinnamon and ground cloves. After the formation of Poglia (Traditional format) it is ned (glazed with a brush) individually with a cocoa sugar solution.
