The spout is where the coffee is transferred into the cup. It is advisable to always keep the spout clean as residues from old dispensing can alter the taste.

Replacing the chrome spout of the Frog is very simple, just unscrew the old one and screw the new spout back on, making sure to use all the available threads so that it fits in the right position.
