Every year Pasticceria Filippi develops new recipes to satisfy the tastes of all customers. From several tests and tastings was born the delicious Panettone with Wild Strawberries and Milk Chocolate.

This new Filippi creation combines the sweetness and slight acidity of wild strawberries with the delicate, deep and round aroma of milk chocolate; the latter is obtained from a blend of fine varieties of cocoa that create a perfect balance and a harmonious caramel taste.

At the base of the Panettone with Wild Strawberries and Milk Chocolate there are always the same genuine ingredients that join all our leavened products: strength flour, mother yeast, eggs from free-range hens, cold-centrifuged butter, fresh milk and vanilla to scent.

Wild strawberries are a small sweet and slightly sour fruit belonging to the family of berries, which grows spontaneously in our country; combined in panettone with the melting and sweet and creamy taste of milk chocolate, it gave life to an irresistible gastronomic experience.

Ingredients: WHEAT flour, BUTTER, fresh EGG yolk free-range, chocolate drops 11% (sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier: SOY lecithins – cocoa solids: 38% minimum) water, cane sugar, candied wild strawberry 7% (wild strawberry, sugar, glucose syrup), specialty based on strawberries and cocoa butter 6% (Ingredients: sugar, cocoa butter 37,9%, powdered strawberry 14,2%, dried glucose syrup, emulsifier: SOY lecithins), natural yeast (WHEAT flour, water), honey, salt, natural flavouring (vanilla pods). May contain traces of NUTS and MUSTARD.
