Our Policy at a Glance
- Return Window: 15 days from the date of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Process: Initiate a return by emailing our customer care team.
- Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
- Opened or Consumable Goods: Any food item where the seal is broken (e.g., opened jars of Balsamic Vinegar, Flavored Olive Oil, Capers, Condiments).
- Perishable & Specialty Foods: Candied Fruits, Cheese, Chocolate, Candy, Cookies, Croissants.
- Single-Use or Hygienic Items: ESE Pod Machines and Coffee Cups once opened or used.
- Personalized or Made-to-Order Items.
The Returns & Exchanges Process
To ensure your request is handled with the same personal attention we give to packing your order, please follow these steps:
- Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, email us at [email protected] with the subject line “Return/Exchange Request” and include your order number and details. Use the template below for clarity.
- Receive Instructions: Our customer care team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for shipping the item back to our Austin pantry.
- Ship Your Return: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, include the RMA number inside the package, and ship it to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Inspection & Completion: Once received, our team will inspect the item (typically within 5 business days). Upon approval, we will process your exchange or refund.

Refunds: Timing & Method
Your refund will be processed with the same care we apply to sourcing our products:
- Timing: Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal) within 10 business days of our warehouse receiving and approving the returned item.
- Notification: You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
- Bank Processing: Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider’s policies.
- Exchanges: For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item via standard shipping once the return is approved. You will receive a tracking notification.
