We specialize in authentic, artisanal Italian pantry items including, but not limited to: Balsamic Vinegars, Flavored Olive Oils, Capers, Artisanal Chocolate, Cheese, Candied Fruits, Coffee, and related gourmet accessories. Our products are carefully curated for quality, provenance, and authenticity.

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, images, and descriptions of our products. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of any color will be accurate. The natural characteristics of artisanal food products may result in slight variations in appearance, texture, or flavor between batches.

4. Orders and Payment Terms

4.1 Order Process

Placing an item in your cart does not reserve that item or price. We only consider an order confirmed once payment has been authorized and you have received an order confirmation email from us.

4.2 Pricing and Availability

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change prices for products displayed at any time and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Product availability is subject to change.

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx. Estimated delivery: 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS. Estimated delivery: 15-25 business days after dispatch.
• Delivery Areas: We ship globally but are currently unable to deliver to some remote regions and parts of Asia. Available zones are confirmed at checkout.
• User Obligations for Delivery: You are responsible for providing a correct and deliverable shipping address. Any additional customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

• Return Window: 15 days from the date of delivery.
• Condition: Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
• Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene and the nature of artisanal food, we cannot accept returns on opened consumable goods, perishables (Cheese, Chocolate, Candied Fruits, etc.), or used single-use items.
• Refund Process: Refunds to the original payment method are issued within 10 business days of our warehouse receiving and approving the return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• User Responsibility: To initiate a return, you must contact our customer care within the return window and follow the provided instructions, including securing return shipment with a trackable service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Piccolos Gastronomias shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
