Directions:

Bring 1.5 litres of water (6 cups) to the boil and add two teaspoons of salt. When the water boils, stir in the contents of the pack. Stir with a wooden spoon. After 5-8 minutes the polenta is ready to serve. For a single serving, simply pour 4 tablespoons of polenta into 1/4 liter (1 cup) of boiling water with a pinch of salt, and continue as above.
